I have 7.8 mm stone ureter-bladder junction. hydronephrosis grade 1 in left kidney. How much time it takes to enter into bladder. I heard that junction is the narrowest point and chances are less and it will remain stuck at junction. Do I need any medication for it or drinking more liquid will flush out it. Please suggest. One doctor recommended contiflo icon 0.4. What is its purpose?

Continue this medicine and drink 4-5 litres of fluid per day. Hopefully it should pass out but if it continues to trouble you then get it removed endoscopically by a urologist.

Yes junction is the narrowest part. It is difficult to tell how much time will it take. Take homeopathic medicines along with plenty of fluids Contiflo Icon 0.4 mg Tablet PR is an alpha blocker. It works by relaxing the muscles around the bladder exit and prostate gland so urine is passed more easily.
